Will Creative Cot fit our bed?
Yes, almost certainly. The base has 7 height levels, and the removable legs and casters add 4 more configurations - 28 settings in total, from 10 to 51 cm. The cot lines up level with the mattress of practically any adult bed. To secure it safely to your bed, use the Co-sleeping Belt (sold separately).
Is it safe for a newborn?
Creative Cot is certified to European standards EN716, EN12227, EN71-3 and the Japanese SG (PSC) at the same time. färska spent more than 3 years of development so that a single product could meet both sets of requirements. The spacing between the rounded slats is calculated so that a baby's head cannot get stuck, and the double door lock cannot be opened by a child.
How hard is it to assemble and switch between modes?
Easier than it looks. The hex key stores in a dedicated slot right in the frame - the tool won't get lost over years of use. Changing mode takes 15-20 minutes: reposition the base, remove or add panels following the diagram in the manual.
What mattress do I need?
For cot mode we recommend Compact Bed Free by färska - a portable sleep set created specifically for Creative Cot. For the playpen, the Joint Mattress is a good fit. Both are sold separately.
Can the cot be moved between rooms?
Yes, that's exactly what it's made for. The quiet casters don't wake your baby as it moves, and a width of 65 cm lets it pass through a standard 70 cm doorway. By day your baby is beside you in the living room; at night, next to your bed. A 13 cm clearance lets a robot vacuum pass under the cot.
How is Creative Cot Long different?
Creative Cot Long has an extended sleep surface, so in cot mode it serves longer than the standard version. All the other transformation options are the same. See Creative Cot Long.
What about delivery and returns?
Delivery with Nova Poshta across Ukraine, 7-14 days. If the cot doesn't suit you, you have 60 days to return it in its original packaging and unused condition.
