Yes, we ship all our furniture and accessories from our warehouse in the USA. As long as we haven’t shipped your order, you can add anything, and we will combine all your products in one shipment.

Prices will depend on the weight of your order and its destination. You will see the total shipping charges at checkout.

If the Customer is not satisfied with the product, he/she can return it within 60 days of delivery receipt. The Client must inform IkidDoo by e-mail about the return. Customers, after consultation with us, can send the Order back to the given address. IkidDoo reserves the right to refuse a returned product if the customer has not contacted us beforehand. Any goods returned must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition in which Costumer received them, and shall neither have been used nor have suffered any damage. IkidDoo is unable to accept returns or offer an exchange or a refund for items that are not returned in exactly the same condition that they were purchased.

IkidDoo shall refund the Customer of the purchase price of the product(s) within thirty (30) days from the return product(s) is received. The delivery costs are not refundable. IkidDoo will not be held responsible for the refund or the compensation of Products that have been lost, stolen or damaged. Mattresses, once unpacked, cannot be returned. We are unable to provide refunds for assembly services.

Choose all of the items you’d like to purchase from our collection by selecting optional details (colour, size, with or without mattress). After you have finished with your cart, you can go to the checkout to fill in your billing and shipping information. There you will also see the calculated shipping price for your total order. When your order is paid for, we will send you a confirmation about shipment and delivery.

Creating an account is an optional step, which allows you to save your details on our website so as to make your next purchase easier. However, it is not necessary for placing an order.

Our furniture is even better in real life than in the picture! But if you are in any way not satisfied with your order, we would like you to contact us so that we can help you solve any issue. However, if you decide to return your product, we offer free 60-day returns from countries eligible for free shipping. Next to each product, you will see an indicator whether the item is currently in stock. When the item is not in stock, you can contact us, or in most cases you can still place your order. Once your order has been received we will contact you about the waiting period and estimated shipping date.

For our furniture we use birch plywood, which is sustainably sourced from Europe. Products are finished using non-toxic, water based Scandinavian lacquers.

For the smallest ones from age 3, we suggest the I toddler bed. The I bunk bed is recommended for children from age 6. We also offer a larger I teen bed, which can fit both teenagers and adults.

We recommend our I table is a full-sized desk, so it can be used both by children from age 6, and by teens or adults.

We offer premium quality mattresses, cotton and linen sheets in our web shop, which perfectly fit our beds. However, they are not included in the price and you need to order them separately.

The mattresses in our collection match the USA size standards. You can find the exact measurements for the mattresses used for each bed here. For the best fit, we suggest our international friends order them from our web shop, since mattress sizes vary between countries.

Due to the smart design of our products, they can be put together very easily according to the provided instructions. Our furniture comes with built-in connectors, that can be easily assembled using the included tools.

We suggest using a cloth dampened with warm water to clean the furniture. Also, we advize ventilating and rotating the mattress on your bed monthly to ensure its hygiene and a longer lifespan.

Since all our products are manufactured in large quantities, we do not offer custom-sizes or special designs. If you have concerns about international mattress sizes, we suggest ordering the perfectly matching ones directly from our website.

Our beds meet the safety requirements of 120kg. Therefore they will easily support a child and a parent. Our shelves can hold up to 10kg in weight.
