Consequently, total or partial reproduction of the elements contained on the ikiddoo.com website, the use of such elements and the fact to make them available to third parties are strictly prohibited. - PRODUCT
IkidDoo offers its own unique design products for children and a collection of accessories designed by carefully chosen brands. Each product shown by IkidDoo is described in detail and photographed. IkidDoo reserves the right to show all the products as exact as possible but we cannot guarantee that the products seen on screen are the same as in reality. Please note that we reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site and in other informational materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. The birch wood used in our furniture is a natural product. As such, the colour composition and pigmentation of wood may vary slightly across individual panels. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials. The buyer is responsible for the correct assembly of the supplied products following instructions shipped within the packaging.All the Products available on the ikiddoo.com website are subject to the availability at the time of the order. The Customer will be informed if the Product requested is not available. IkidDoo retains ownership of the product until the products have been fully paid by the Customer.
- PRICES
All prices on the ikiddoo.com website are in US dollar (USD) unless the system displays price in the currency of the specific shopping region.The prices of the products do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated in the moment of the purchase. Total costs will be indicated in the order confirmation. When ordering from the EU, Switzerland or the UK, the product prices include VAT tax and duties. For other countries the taxes will not be calculated. The Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes and customs fees according to the country’s policy.The prices can vary at any time, especially in case of special offers, promotions, or other marketing efforts. IkidDoo does its best to ensure that all pricing information on the ikiddoo.com website is accurate but cannot guarantee the absolute absence of error. In the event that an error in the price of a product occurs, IkidDoo will allow the Customer the option to confirm the purchase of the Product at the correct price or to cancel the order. If IkidDoo is unable to contact the customer, the order will be treated as cancelled.
- ORDER
The details and the price of the Product are detailed in the product’s description. The Customer shall choose the Product by pushing the “add to cart” button and after having reviewed and accepted the shipping expenses and the Terms and Conditions, he/she shall choose the manner in which he/she wishes to pay and proceed the Order.The order submitted by the Customer shall be binding for IkidDoo only if the entire purchase procedure has been duly and correctly completed without any error. IkidDoo will send the Customer an e-mail confirming the receipt of the order placed. The Customer shall verify the content of the e-mail and shall notify IkidDoo of any error or other mistake.
- PAYMENT
The price is payable upon placement of the order. The customer undertakes to pay the total price of the products and shipping costs as stipulated on the Site and also to pay for the customs duties, the VAT or any other taxes due to the import of products in the country of delivery.The Customer shall pay for his order by Credit Card, PayPal, iDeal or bank transfer. IkidDoo reserves its right to claim the return of the ordered products in case of non-payment. Under those circumstances, and upon IkidDoo request, the customer shall return any product for which the payment has not occurred. The customer shall pay for any costs in connection therewith.
