Refund policy

If the Customer is not satisfied with the product, he/she can return it within 60 days of delivery receipt. The Client must inform IkidDoo by e-mail about the return. Customers, after consultation with us, can send the Order back to the given address. IkidDoo reserves the right to refuse a returned product if the customer has not contacted us beforehand. Any goods returned must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition in which Costumer received them, and shall neither have been used nor have suffered any damage. IkidDoo is unable to accept returns or offer an exchange or a refund for items that are not returned in exactly the same condition that they were purchased.

IkidDoo shall refund the Customer of the purchase price of the product(s) within thirty (30) days from the return product(s) is received. The delivery costs are not refundable. IkidDoo will not be held responsible for the refund or the compensation of Products that have been lost, stolen or damaged. Mattresses, once unpacked, cannot be returned. We are unable to provide refunds for assembly services.
