Will this wardrobe fit a small room?
Yes. The sliding doors glide along the wardrobe and need no free space to open. This saves up to 60 cm in front of the wardrobe compared to standard hinged doors. Wardrobe dimensions: 120 x 60 x 160 cm.
From what age can a child use the wardrobe independently?
From 2-3 years. The clothes rail and shelves are placed at a comfortable height for a child. The sliding doors open easily with one hand. As the child grows, the internal layout can be changed to suit teenage needs without replacing the wardrobe.
Is the wardrobe safe for small children?
Yes. The drawers have concealed runners with soft-close that prevents finger pinching. Hidden SISO fasteners eliminate protruding screws and sharp elements. A wall anchor (anti-tip mount) is available as an optional add-on for extra safety. The frame finish is a water-based lacquer with no harmful fumes.
How long does assembly take?
60-90 minutes. Most hardware (concealed runners, SISO fasteners, main connectors) is pre-installed at the factory. You only need to join the main panels following the step-by-step instructions. A Phillips screwdriver or electric drill is all you need.
What are the door shelves for? Are they practical?
They are not just shelves but a child's personal display. Favourite toys, nursery drawings, awards, photos, books - everything a child is proud of stays in sight. The shelves are built into the sliding doors and do not take up space inside the wardrobe. The child arranges their own display, and this teaches responsibility for their space.
How to organise the interior for different ages?
For a toddler: rail lower, more shelves for toys and folded clothes. For an older child: rail higher, drawers for underwear and accessories. For a teenager: a full wardrobe with full-height rail. Shelves and the rail are repositioned in 5 minutes without tools.
