Integration with I-Bunk Bed: I-Teen Bed is used as the lower bed under the I-Bunk Bed. You can start with one bed and add the loft later.

Will the bed handle a teenager who is actively growing?
Yes. The frame is rated for 120 kg. The mattress at 200 x 90 cm (or 200 x 75 cm) is a full adult size. A child will not outgrow this bed at 15 or at 18. The solid beech frame does not loosen over time even with daily active use.
