THEIR ROOM, THEIR RULES

A teenager has outgrown "children's things". They need a space that reflects who they are becoming. I Teen Bed does not look like a children's bed and does not look like a parents' bed. It is their own bed with a clean design that adapts to any room style.

The low profile creates a sense of space even in a small room. The bed becomes a base for studying, hanging out with friends and first big plans. Two widths to choose from: 75 cm for compact rooms, 90 cm for those who want more space.

The frame is rated for 120 kg and years of active use. This is a bed that will last a teenager through school graduation and beyond. Easily integrates as the lower tier under I Bunk Bed if a sibling arrives in the room.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this bed look "childish" for a teenager?

No. I Teen Bed is designed specifically for teenagers who have outgrown children's furniture. Clean lines, natural wood, no cartoon elements. This is a bed a teenager will not be embarrassed to show friends. The minimalist design fits any room style - from Scandinavian to industrial.

Which width to choose: 75 cm or 90 cm?

75 cm is for compact rooms where every centimetre counts. It is enough for comfortable single sleeping. 90 cm is for those who want more space, like to spread out during sleep or sometimes read and work with a laptop in bed. The length of both options is the same - 200 cm.

Will the bed handle a teenager who is actively growing?

Yes. The frame is rated for 120 kg. The mattress at 200 x 90 cm (or 200 x 75 cm) is a full adult size. A child will not outgrow this bed at 15 or at 18. The solid beech frame does not loosen over time even with daily active use.

What is the wooden side panel for?

The solid beech side panel serves two functions. Visually it adds warmth to the minimalist design - the bed does not look like a metal frame with a mattress. Practically it protects the wall from scuffs and adds rigidity to the structure.

Can this bed be used as the lower tier under I Bunk Bed?

Yes. I Teen Bed is designed to integrate with the I Bunk Bed bunk bed. If a sibling arrives in the room, you add the upper structure without replacing the lower bed. This saves both money and the stress of a full furniture swap.

Is a low profile actually comfortable?

Yes. The low profile creates a sense of space even in a small room. It is easier for a teenager to get in and out. Making the bed is simpler than with a tall one. Visually the room looks bigger because the bed does not dominate the space.

How long does assembly take?

40-60 minutes. The frame, slats and side panel connect following step-by-step instructions. A Phillips screwdriver or power drill is required. The main fixings are intuitive. The bed disassembles for moving - the structure is designed for it.

Which mattress suits I Teen Bed?

Standard size 200 x 90 cm or 200 x 75 cm depending on the chosen bed width. Recommended mattress thickness is 15-20 cm. The slats provide mattress ventilation from below, extending its lifespan. Any standard-size mattress fits without special requirements.
